Our Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns made within 14 days of purchase that are accompanied by a sales receipt. You may return the item by mail or if desired return the item at our store location (601 East Broadway, South Boston MA 02127) Please note that in order to accept the return the item must have the sale tags attached and the item must be in saleable condition (i.e. the item cannot have been used or worn). A full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will then be issued.

ALL PERSONALIZED, SPECIAL ORDER AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. The exception being that the item is found to be defective leaving Wild Plums. If an item is found to be defective Wild Plums, at it's discretion, will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Wild Plums is not reponsible for items lost in the mail, when being returned, if no valid tracking number is supplied. We recommend insuring your return, as well as, purchasing Delivery Confirmation. 

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover for on line payment. Credit cards will not be charged until the order is shipped. Please note that all Personalized items and Special Order Clothing will be charged at the time the order is placed. A 5% sales tax will be charged to Massachusetts residents on all applicable merchandise. 

GIFT WRAPPING

All gift wrapping is free of charge

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

In order to cancel an order,without penalty, please contact Wild Plums within three hours of placing your order. After this time period Wild Plums cannot guarantee that your has not already been shipped.

SHIPPING

Wild Plums will ship all in stock merchandise as soon as possible. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and include a delivery confirmation number. The confiramtion number will be e-mailed to the customer once the item has been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to pay for expedited shipping and/or insurance.Wild Plums assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail if insurance is not purchased.

In the event that a package is returned to Wild Plums due to an incorrect address we will credit the customer the original purchase price less shipping charges. If the customer request the package be reshipped additional shipping charges will be applied.
