We are sorry to announce that Wild Plums will be closing effective October 31st. Through the years both Stephen and I have had the pleasure of working in the store. With Stephen now enrolled in MGH’s Medical Imaging Program it had been my hope to be able to run the store on my own. Unfortunately, as many of you know, my lupus diagnosis has made that impossible. My doctors have made it clear that I need to make my health my first priority at this time.

Stephen and I would like to thank all of you for your support and friendship. South Boston is a neighborhood unlike any other we have experienced, where people still come together to support one another and act as a community. We feel blessed to have been a part of it for almost 8 years.
